As an Account Cloud Engineer, you’ll work with sales to bridge the gap between business and tech, inspiring customers with the value of Oracle Cloud. What You Will Do
- Lead technical activity on customer accounts, from project concept to adoption.
- Build a deep understanding of our customers’ systems, priorities, and business needs to find unique solutions.
- Focus on customers that are Digital Natives with strong cloud and software engineering practices.
- Become a trusted advisor on all things cloud engineering.
- Provide technical expertise on cloud infrastructure, platforms, and architecture.
- Ensure that Oracle cloud technology drives customer outcomes and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with sales to define account strategies and win new workloads.
- Lead solution creation, architecture design, and workshops.
- Demonstrate the value of our cloud products, architectures, and new technologies.
Requirements
- Degree level education in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Technical fluency and strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
- Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI).
- Experience serving external or internal customers such as a consultant, cloud architect, or platform engineer.
