As a Technology SMB Account Manager, you will engage in strategic C-level conversations to uncover cloud transformation opportunities while conducting in-depth needs assessments and solution demonstrations. You will collaborate with technical experts to craft tailored cloud proposals and negotiate complex contracts, ensuring seamless deal execution. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Evangelizing Oracle's Cloud Vision as a trusted advisor to C-level executives
- Leading transformational deals by managing complex sales cycles
- Scaling cloud adoption across various industries tailored to unique challenges
- Forging strategic partnerships with Oracle's ecosystem to expand market reach
- Championing customer success through effective implementation and long-term relationship building
Responsibilities
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your assigned territory
- Directly sell to your territory or through partners without an inside sales rep support
- Utilize inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities
- Manage accounts through the entire sales process, collaborating with business development, consulting, and support teams
- Understand Oracle's product offerings and competitive landscape to develop comprehensive solution proposals
- Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities
- Present and negotiate with C-levels to close strategic and complex deals
Your Experience
- Proven sales acumen with several years of enterprise software/cloud sales experience, achieving targets and closing multimillion-dollar deals
- Ability to build relationships and influence senior executives across various industries
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications
- Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Customer-centric approach, committed to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value
