Technical Director

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will oversee the technical aspects of residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects. This leadership position ensures that designs are executed effectively, technical standards are maintained, and project specifications align with the highest quality and regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

• Lead a team in the execution of technical solutions for initiatives and projects.
• Resolve obstacles that could hinder program delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partner organizations.
• Liaise with other teams to contribute to integrated programs and strategic initiatives.
• Develop innovative solutions that support business growth strategies.
• Ensure team development and understanding of applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide technical oversight and remain updated on current trends and developments.
• Develop technical talent within the team.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate to the position.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction, design management, or engineering, with at least 8 years in a technical leadership role.
• Extensive experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
