We’re looking for an Experienced Senior Server & Virtualization Engineer to support one of our key clients across the UAE. As a Senior Server & Virtualization Engineer, you’ll lead the design, deployment, and operations of complex network infrastructures, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be located in the UAE and available to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise server and virtualization infrastructures, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.
- Oversee server lifecycle management, capacity planning, and performance tuning to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.
- Manage and execute workload migrations across physical and virtual environments with minimal downtime.
- Architect and implement robust Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions and high-availability setups for mission-critical workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and deliver scalable and secure virtualization solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, runbooks, and technical procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging virtualization technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in server and virtualization technologies, particularly with vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.
- Strong hands-on experience with server hardware, virtual machine provisioning, and workload migration strategies.
- Expertise in designing and maintaining enterprise-grade virtual environments and DR infrastructures.
- Solid understanding of storage systems, especially vSAN, and their integration into virtualized environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across virtual and physical layers.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across IT and business units.
- Experience in automation and scripting (PowerCLI, PowerShell) is a plus.
