Position

At Philips, we're not just imagining the future of healthcare—we're creating it. As a Technical AI Consultant in our Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) team, you'll play a key role in delivering advanced ECG solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence to hospitals across the International Region. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor for our international clients, helping design and implement smart, AI-driven solutions that improve how hospitals monitor and diagnose heart conditions. You will lead the technical integration of the Philips ECG Products and Platforms into the hospital systems of our clients and train them on the latest advancements in AI.

You’ll work with Philips' ECG product portfolio, which includes IntelliSpace ECG Management System, Cardiologs Holter Platform, Cardiac Workstation Resting ECG, and Philips ePatch Extended Wear Holter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver technical solutions tailored to hospital needs, including system integrations and documentation—mainly working remotely, but with occasional travel across Europe.
  • Lead end-to-end project implementations, using the latest AI and digital tools to ensure smooth integration of our systems into hospital environments.
  • Translate complex needs into practical solutions, collaborating closely with Solution Architects and Product Support Engineers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Work closely with global teams, including product development and R&D, to enhance our offerings based on real-world feedback.
  • Share insights and updates with clients and internal teams, presenting technical findings and performance reports clearly and confidently.
  • Provide inspirational training to our clients on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Deep Neural Networks, and Cloud-based Solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field—or equivalent experience (5+ years in technical consulting, systems integration, or HL7 interfacing).
  • Deep technical expertise in healthcare IT environments, including experience with ECG Information Management Systems or PACS, HL7 and DICOM, interface engines such as Rhapsody, Virtual Machine environments, SQL databases and database administration, and network/server architecture.
  • HL7 certification (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A strong drive to take ownership and deliver quickly: a pro-active mindset and willingness to be bold.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (preferred).
  • Fluent written and spoken English (essential).

Work Conditions:

  • Hybrid work environment with remote working options and occasional travel required.
