Position Overview
The Solution Engineer will participate in Smart City and artificial intelligence (AI) projects, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of hardware and software solutions. This includes integrating information systems, hardware and software complexes, IoT devices, analytical platforms, and AI modules. The role is crucial in building the technological framework that enhances urban infrastructure efficiency and improves residents' quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the architecture of hardware and software solutions for Smart City and AI projects.
- Develop technical plans and specifications based on customer needs and urban environment analysis.
- Implement and configure solutions including sensor networks, IoT devices, communication protocols, and AI modules.
- Optimize existing solutions and adapt them to new challenges.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, AI specialists, and customers.
- Prepare documentation and participate in pilot projects and customer presentations.
- Comply with QHSE policies, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Governance.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of hardware and software system architecture.
- Experience with IoT, edge computing, monitoring, and data analysis systems.
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications.
- Ability to design solutions with considerations for reliability, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- Higher technical education in fields such as information technology, automation, engineering, or telecom.
- Certifications in systems engineering, IoT, or network technologies (desirable).
- Proficiency in English sufficient to read technical documentation and communicate effectively.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a Solution Engineer, System/Infrastructure Architect, or related technical role.
- Practical experience in implementing projects with AI and IoT components.
- Experience working with government or municipal structures is a plus.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
