As a Senior Product Designer at Property Finder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our B2B products. You will drive the design process from discovery to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This role offers the chance to lead complex design projects, work on strategic initiatives, and significantly contribute to Property Finder’s mission to become the most trusted partner in real estate across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process for a B2B product or set of products, including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery.
- User-Centered Design: Champion customer needs and advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product development process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products.
- Problem-Solving: Identify key user problems and opportunities using research and data to inform design decisions.
- Design Strategy: Contribute to the design strategy for the B2B product suite, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Iteration & Testing: Lead design iterations based on user feedback and data, optimizing designs for usability and visual appeal.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products in a fast-paced environment.
- Design Expertise: Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about design’s role in achieving business goals and user needs.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships and thriving in cross-functional teams.
