Position

PwC is driving significant change in information and cyber security by building a centralized model to provide security services across its member firm network. This initiative, operated by the Network Information Security (NIS) team, is responsible for defining the security strategy and executing the global Cyber Readiness Program. The mission is to identify, control, and reduce the attack surface while increasing the adversaries' cost of attack. The CISO pillar within NIS is tasked with managing relationships with member firms, supporting the implementation of the PwC Information Security Policy (ISP), and driving engagement and adoption of central security services. Core areas of the CISO Services Team include: CISO Engagement, NIS Service Interface, CISO Measurement, and CISO Governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships across PwC member firms.
  • Map existing member firm services to the NIS service catalogue.
  • Define the roadmap for the integration of member firm services into NIS shared services.
  • Provide consultancy throughout service integration.
  • Capture metrics aligned to service integration and service adoption.
  • Drive quality of service to stakeholders.

Core Skills:

  • Conduct analysis of member firm needs for the implementation of the NIS global security strategy.
  • Engage with stakeholders to assess security threats and manage business risks.
  • Facilitate member firm support from Security Architecture, Engineering, Innovation, and Transformation (SAEIT).
  • Govern member firms for compliance with PwC’s Information Security Policy and legal/regulatory frameworks.

Education Level:

  • Required: High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Preferred: Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience Level:

  • 3+ years of progressive professional experience in information security, IT management, or major program management.

Desired Skills:

  • Analytical thinking and intuitive questioning abilities.
  • Broad understanding of security technology.
  • High level understanding of PwC’s business model and operating environment.
  • Strong communication skills to inform and persuade stakeholders effectively.
