The xLoS Solution Architect is responsible for developing comprehensive solutions that span multiple lines of service, specifically for non-traditional, industry-specific, or bespoke requirements. This role requires translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions, driving operational excellence, supporting market activation, and delivering enhanced value for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the cross-line of service solutioning strategy for Managed Services offerings, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead and take accountability for the solutions being developed.
- Work collaboratively with a team of technical professionals, architects, and support staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and maximize efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and integration across multiple Lines of Service.
- Lead the design and development of integrated solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business requirements and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their cross-functional requirements.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients to optimize business processes.
- Offer technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the business.
- Stay updated on emerging trends to drive continuous improvement in solutioning approaches.
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to cross-line service solutioning and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders including business leaders and technology teams.
- Act as a point of contact for cross-line service solutioning queries and discussions.
- Ensure compliance with technology contracts and agreements.

Minimum Experience Required:
- At least 12 years of professional work experience with a proven portfolio of projects in solution management across various industries, preferably in BPO/outsourcing projects/Shared Services, and experience in managing and leading teams in the Middle East.
