About The Role:
Do you have a passion for audio-visual technology? As a Junior IT AV Specialist Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering seamless broadcasting and communication experiences. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing a wide range of AV equipment, including audio, video, and lighting systems. You will prepare and configure setups for live broadcasts, recordings, and meetings, ensuring top quality performance every time.

You will collaborate closely with IT teams, business units, and vendors to support and administer critical AV systems such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Video Walls, and hybrid AV solutions. A critical part of your role will be to innovate and improve AV processes while ensuring system resilience and high availability. This position offers a great opportunity to advance your expertise in cutting-edge AV solutions.

About You:
You should be degree qualified with at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video, and lighting equipment. Strong skills in configuring and operating AV systems for live broadcasts and recordings are essential. You will need expertise in advanced AV technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Video Walls, Barco Clickshare, and hybrid AV systems. Experience collaborating closely with IT teams and vendors to deliver seamless AV services is highly desirable.
