In this role, you'll take ownership of the airline’s integration services portfolio, using IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient connectivity across our digital ecosystem. You’ll oversee the delivery of mission-critical integration solutions in a complex enterprise environment blending product ownership, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
From managing technical resources and backlogs to implementing modern integration architectures, your work will directly contribute to Riyadh Air’s digital transformation. Strong stakeholder management is required across IT, operations, and commercial units to ensure seamless data flow and platform interoperability across hundreds of interfaces. You will shape the way systems connect and build the digital backbone of the next-generation airline.
About You:
You are degree qualified and bring 7+ years of experience in IT product or program management, with at least 3+ years focused on integration platforms. You’ve led high-complexity portfolios of more than 500 interfaces, managed cross-functional teams, and driven product roadmaps from planning to delivery.
You're well-familiar with technologies like IBM CP4I, MuleSoft, TIBCO, or Boomi, and you're skilled at aligning technical capabilities with business strategy. Your strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities enable you to deliver impactful integration solutions in dynamic environments. Experience in aviation, particularly with airline operations, ERP systems, or customer-facing platforms, is a plus.
