Salesforce is currently seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). The Senior Technical Architect serves as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to the company’s largest, most complex enterprise customers. In this role, Technical Architects collaborate with customers and partners during project cycles to share extensive knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and product suite. They leverage experience in technical architecture, enterprise integration, and business solution implementation to drive optimal solutions, paint solution visions, architect systems, and provide guidance during implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
- Build relationships with key collaborators and team members.
- Act as lead architect for overall engagements by coordinating and aligning the work of multiple architects.
- Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation in collaboration with the customer.
- Review and guide project vision, implementation approach, and key artifacts.
- Engage in application configuration to meet customer needs when required.
- Mentor diverse teams in technical and non-technical aspects of project delivery.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and support pre-sales activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in major software domains (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR).
- Proficiency in coding with object-oriented languages and ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Experience guiding customers in deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts.
- Experience as a Senior Architect or CTO in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Experience delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform.
