Position

As a Service Cloud Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle as a solution advisor. Your responsibilities will include delivering thought leadership and owning solutions to enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with colleagues, support the sales team, and translate business objectives into compelling recommendations. Utilizing your technical and sales skills, you will present product offerings, address objections, and inspire confidence in Salesforce’s technology infrastructure.

You will be part of the Growth Markets Specialist Solution Engineering team, focusing on the Service Cloud across the Middle East region. By leading discovery workshops and technical discussions with clients, you will gather customer needs, identify pain points, and propose effective Service Cloud solutions. Your role will also involve delivering product-, technical-, and security-related responses for RFPs/RFIs and presenting engaging demos of Salesforce Service Cloud products to key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery workshops and technical discussions to understand customer needs.
  • Deliver product, technical, and security-related responses on RFPs/RFIs.
  • Build and present demos of Salesforce Service Cloud products to decision-makers.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and innovations, as well as Salesforce products.
  • Engage in the solution side of the sales cycle, driving enablement.
  • Participate in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within a software solution organization.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate those into a compelling vision.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Existing Salesforce product knowledge and certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
