Advisory Solution Consultant

As a member of our Solution Consulting team in the Riyadh Region, you will significantly impact our future success by supporting Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. This full-time position requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of delivering solutions and effectively positioning them during sales cycles, with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical consultant with the ability to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving sales goals for an assigned territory.
• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their needs.
• Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
• Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can meet customer needs.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leveraging AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI tools, automating workflows, and analyzing AI-driven insights.
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
