Position

The Customer Outcomes Senior Platform Architect plays an advisory role, responsible for helping customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes. This role involves guiding customers, partners, and internal team members on architecture designed for long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising customers on instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.
  • Translating business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
  • Engaging with customers' Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as their digital transformation platform.
  • Managing technical governance and a delivery operating model.
  • Supporting sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Creativity and independence in managing programs.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture and cloud application technology.
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
  • Ability to travel.

Location: Riyadh Region (Hybrid)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid.
