The Program Manager will oversee the management of Program and Project Managers across various functions including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Services, Technical Documentation, Finance, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects to the customer ensuring requirements are met and deliveries are on time.
- Act as the primary contact for key customer accounts, fostering trusted advisor relationships by understanding their business and technical needs.
- Use project management methodologies to provide clear milestones and expectations to customer teams before project initiation.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
- Ensure operational health in solution environments while optimizing costs and performance.
- Lead customer adoption of analytics solutions, engaging them in the implementation process.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and transformation strategies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Design and develop bi-weekly presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, solution delivery within an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
- At least 8 years in account/customer success management, covering end-to-end processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of current developments in analytics.
- Strong organizational and managerial capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative problem-solving approach.
- PMP certification is preferable.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic is preferable.
