Position

The Data Engineer will evaluate data sources to select the most appropriate data for integration with the Enterprise Data Platforms. Responsibilities include developing data integration pipelines for the Data Lake and data warehouse in collaboration with data modelers, technology, and business leads. The role involves identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements, including redesigning data pipelines for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.

The successful candidate will also develop models representing the overall architecture showing key data flows. Experience in various database technologies, including RDBMS, Snowflake, star schemas, HDFS, and SSIS is required. Additionally, the role will involve assembling large, complex data sets that meet both non-functional and functional business requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years in Data Modelling and Integration within a Financial Services setting
Experience in understanding business needs and gathering requirements for data modelling
Minimum of 6 years of Informatica ETL development experience using "PowerCenter"
Minimum 3 years of experience with Informatica components such as CDC PWX, EDC, and Big Data Quality
Minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica Big Data Management using Informatica Developer
