Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Threat Intelligence Engineer to join our Cybersecurity team in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for proactively identifying, analyzing, and mitigating emerging cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience with threat intelligence tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and correlate threat intelligence data from various open-source and commercial feeds.
  • Monitor the dark web, threat forums, and other intelligence sources for indicators of compromise (IOCs) relevant to our environment.
  • Perform threat modeling and risk assessments to determine the potential impact of threats.
  • Collaborate with the SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management teams to strengthen detection and response capabilities.
  • Develop actionable intelligence reports and briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously update and maintain threat intelligence platforms and repositories.
  • Stay current with the latest TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) used by threat actors and translate them into actionable countermeasures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of proven experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence or a related cybersecurity role.
  • Deep understanding of threat intelligence lifecycle, threat actor profiling, and threat hunting.
  • Experience with CTI tools and frameworks such as MISP, MITRE ATT&CK, STIX/TAXII, ThreatConnect, Recorded Future, or Anomali.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Qradar, ArcSight, etc.).
  • Familiarity with OSINT techniques, malware analysis basics, and incident response processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
