Position

Virtusa is seeking a Senior BI Developer with deep expertise in MicroStrategy to join our telecom analytics team. The role requires designing, developing, and optimizing BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights across customer network and operational domains. Collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders is essential to transform complex data into intuitive visualizations and drive data-informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and schema objects
  • Optimize performance of BI solutions for large-scale telecom datasets
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and scalability in BI deliverables

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in BI development with a strong focus on MicroStrategy
  • Telecom industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
