About the Job: Develop and lead comprehensive solution designs for data analytics platforms, driving innovation, ensuring optimal performance, and guiding technical teams in creating secure, scalable, and cost-effective systems tailored to data-intensive business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine solution requirements, ensuring technical alignment with data analytics and organizational objectives.
- Design end-to-end architectures for data platforms and integrations, focusing on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness in analytics solutions.
- Define technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to support solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, with expertise in Elastic, Neo4j, and Splunk.
- Create detailed architecture blueprints, including system diagrams, data flows, and integration points for advanced analytics systems.
- Manage risk assessments, identifying potential technical challenges in data workflows and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Establish and enforce security, compliance, and data governance policies, particularly for analytics and visualization platforms.
- Provide guidance on performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure data solutions remain efficient and reliable.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, presenting solutions, justifying design decisions, and addressing concerns specific to data analytics platforms.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies, methodologies, and analytics tools into solution designs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate third-party data tools or platforms.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Essential Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in solution architecture, with a focus on data analytics, system design, or data engineering. Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions for data analytics and visualization platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Neo4j, and Splunk.
- Proficiency in graph databases, full-text search engines, and advanced data visualization techniques.
- Solid understanding of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with integrating data from diverse sources and managing ETL/ELT pipeline strategies.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and high-availability architectures tailored for data analytics.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a technical field or business administration.
- Certifications: Elastic Certified Engineer, Neo4j Certified Professional, or Splunk Architect.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering technical workshops for analytics solutions.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics solutions or advanced graph data processing.
