Agility is a global logistics and supply chain group headquartered in Kuwait, established in 1979 as the state-owned Public Warehousing Company and privatized in 1997. The company grew rapidly through organic expansion and acquisitions, unifying its services under the Agility brand in 2004. In 2021, Agility sold its Global Integrated Logistics business to Danish company DSV in an all-shares transaction, becoming one of DSV's largest shareholders. Following this, Agility evolved into a diversified holding company that owns, operates, and invests across logistics, transportation, aviation services, fuel logistics, and industrial real estate. Its principal operating companies include Menzies Aviation, Tristar, and Agility Logistics Parks. The group operates in more than 80 countries across six continents. Its shares trade on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, and Agility Global is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
