Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate the company's long-term technology vision, roadmap, and architecture.
- Oversee all aspects of the technology department, including software development, infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the company's technology stack and infrastructure.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and business stakeholders, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the technology budget and resource allocation effectively.

- Represent the technology organization externally and promote the company's technical thought leadership.
