Position

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced SAP Hybris Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of software development experience and over 5 years focused specifically on SAP Hybris development and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading large-scale SAP Hybris projects with a strong understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud, including both B2B and B2C functionalities.
Utilizing your expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies to drive development efforts.
Managing Agile teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Customizing and extending Hybris applications, along with performance tuning to optimize system responsiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer in significant SAP Hybris projects.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing client relationships and leading technical discussions.
A collaborative leader who fosters teamwork and innovation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
