SAP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in SAP implementation or involvement in major SAP projects. This role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP modules or products, excellent coordination abilities across teams and suppliers globally, and a process-oriented approach with a focus on detail and analytics.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of SAP implementation or significant involvement in major SAP projects.
• Functional Knowledge: Expertise in several SAP modules or products.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and facilitation skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to SAP implementation and major project initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of multiple SAP modules or products and their interdependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers worldwide to ensure project alignment and success.
• Facilitate process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges using a collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliverables effectively.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Prepare and deliver clear and effective written and verbal communication, including project updates, documentation, and presentations.
