Alpheya is an Abu Dhabi-based wealth management technology company. It was launched in November 2023 as a joint venture backed by Lunate and BNY, with ADQ also named among its backers. The company develops a cloud-native, AI-powered wealthtech platform for wealth and asset managers, private banks, and investment houses across the Middle East and North Africa. Its platform covers services such as client onboarding, financial planning, portfolio construction, trading and rebalancing, risk management, reporting, and analytics. The venture was established with a capital commitment of 300 million US dollars. Alpheya is registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market and serves financial institutions targeting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the region.
