Azeus Convene is the board management and governance software product line developed by Azeus Systems Limited, an IT solutions and software company founded in Hong Kong in 1991. The product was first launched in 2011 and rebranded as Convene in 2014. Convene provides a secure board portal for managing board meetings, building agendas, distributing board papers, taking minutes, and enabling paperless collaboration across web, iPad, and Android devices.
