As a Designer in the Design Studios team, you will work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, creating high-quality, compelling creative work. You will collaborate with our consultant teams on design projects from inception to execution, translating complex and ambiguous briefs into creative ideas, concepts, and engaging narratives that reflect BCG's standards. Your role will involve participating in creative briefs to capture business challenges, conceptualizing creative solutions, and supporting design decisions with strategic reasoning. You'll be responsible for managing multiple creative projects concurrently, ensuring client satisfaction with the quality of the deliverables.
You're good at
You excel in creating holistic visual solutions, such as branding and logos, brochures, infographics, presentations, storyboards, posters, and data visualization. Your expertise allows you to progress a project from creative brief to final deliverable while understanding digital and print-ready artwork preparation. With a strong awareness of design trends, you're skilled at layout design, selecting photography, and coordinating print production.
Your problem-solving abilities enable effective communication with stakeholders, addressing potential issues during project execution. You are enthusiastic about pitching creative concepts and translating business processes into visually compelling stories. Your structured self-organization complements strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills, making you adaptable and resilient in a dynamic design environment. You can thrive both as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
You bring (experience & qualifications)
- A bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional services environment or design agency.
- Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
- Experience with design tools like Sketch/InVision Studio is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities.
- Fluent in English & Arabic, both written and verbal.
