As a Sales Development Representative, you will create new business opportunities for Builder.ai by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. Your contributions directly impact the company’s growth and success by developing a pipeline of future paying customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound lead generation activities to support sales.
  • Identify target industries and organizations in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Understand challenges and goals of target industries.
  • Prospect organizations using various outbound sales tools, campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly goals for qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure seamless communication with the sales team.
  • Effectively communicate Builder’s unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Develop and optimize email and phone call templates.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an SDR/Inside sales role is essential.
  • Experience in a high-paced team environment while being self-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop; experience in cloud computing, startups, or AI is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A degree is preferred, particularly in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of sales experience.
