Position

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools, along with a thorough understanding of business processes. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support decision-making, improve performance, and drive business insights.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide regular updates and reports (Daily, Monthly, Yearly) on appointment schedules and utilization.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in appointment planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to appointment planning and management.
  • Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
