ByteDance is seeking a Business Visa Manager to join our Business Visa Service Team in Dubai. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing local business visa application services, ensuring that internal stakeholders receive timely and effective visa support based on business needs. You will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and liaise with various stakeholders, including local embassies and external service providers, to streamline visa processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Area Business Visa service team and oversee all aspects of business visa applications and processes.
- Advise employees and stakeholders on visa requirements, application procedures, and compliance issues.
- Liaise with local embassies and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of visa applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and regulations in various countries.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of visa services.
- Partner with external service providers to improve visa approval rates and enhance the quality of visa services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant visa rules and regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with global visa processes.
- Track and report on key metrics related to global mobility programs.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status and effectiveness of visa initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visa, immigration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of global visa rules, regulations, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Mandarin and other languages is a plus.
