ByteDance is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Information System team. This role is centered around enhancing the company's internal system construction, handling areas such as human resources, finance, legal affairs, and procurement. The engineer will be responsible for planning and constructing these internal systems, engaging in project management, information security, system configuration, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontend services to support ByteDance’s global internal users.
- Work as part of the international R&D team on system design, research and development, and technological innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product design, management, and software engineering teams to enhance business efficiency and safety across Asia.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of frontend software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ReactJS, Typescript, Webpack, and Monorepo.
- Proven ability to implement high-performance, high-availability web applications with exceptional user experience.
- Good problem-solving skills, particularly in web-based system design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing To-B products.
- Strong skills in web frontend architecting.
