About the Job
ByteDance is seeking talented individuals to join our Internet Product Graduate Program in Dubai for 2025. Founded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life. Our suite of products includes TikTok and Helo, along with platforms catering to the Chinese market such as Toutiao, Douyin, and Xigua. The Information System team focuses on the planning and construction of internal systems, including human resources, workplace services, finance, legal affairs, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the product planning, design, iteration, and optimization of the procurement system, which includes Procurement Malls, Procurement Management Backend, and Supplier Management Platform.
• Coordinate multiple teams across various functions (such as RD/FE, QA, Operations, etc.) to implement and launch related product functions, achieving product business goals collaboratively.
• Understand user and business needs and pain points, collaborating with the team to solve problems and improve efficiency and product experience.
• Conduct competitive product analysis and research, proposing targeted product suggestions based on industry trends and promoting implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2025.
• Must be available to start in January 2025.
• Strong sense of product responsibility and innovation; self-driven and results-oriented.
• Excellent logical thinking skills, with an ability to analyze the essence of things and systematically solve problems.
• Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities; proficient in English as a working language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant internship experience in internet product positions.
