About the Job
ByteDance is looking for a Product Leader in our Corporate Information System. The Information System team is responsible for the planning and construction of the company’s internal resources such as human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and other internal systems. This role involves managing demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, and the operation and maintenance of these internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Based on business and product analysis, develop long-term plans for the product line. Plan the roadmap for B2B products based on technological advancements and user requirements, steer product direction, and take responsibility for product delivery;
- Understand and anticipate industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and apply findings to relevant business strategies;
- Manage all stages of internal products within the company, ensuring accountability to users. Deliver secure and user-friendly products, coordinate and drive multiple teams including technology, testing, and operations to achieve product business goals;
- Responsible for product operations, including training and data analysis. Pay attention to user feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize the product user experience. Take responsibility for customer satisfaction;
- Responsible for talent echelon building, training, and development of the team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, at least three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products;
- Capable of handling product requirement analysis and product design work independently. Able to provide guidance for sub-products;
- With 0-1 project management experience, capable of independently planning and managing complex cross-department projects, familiar with internet product design and development processes, and able to communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient project launches.
