Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, from graduate to senior levels.
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback to team members.
- Identify and measure team health indicators and implement disciplined engineering processes.
- Represent the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Develop and promote effective engineering and organizational practices.
- Manage progress on goals and projects collaboratively with other leaders.
- Expected to travel twice a year for company events for up to two weeks each.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic record with a relevant undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM.
