As an Engineering Manager passionate about building a world-class DevOps culture, you will play a crucial role in transforming our internal systems into an extension of our product engineering capabilities. You will lead a regional team focused on productizing business workloads for real-time automated operations on Kubernetes.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring sound software architecture, following best practices in software quality, testing, and documentation, as well as fostering a healthy, collaborative engineering culture. You will be expected to lead and develop a strong team, facilitate technical delivery, and work with other engineering teams and stakeholders.

Who You Are:
- You have experience in Docker and Kubernetes operations.
- You possess a software engineering background, with proven Python experience.
- You have developed Python frameworks and understand the importance of stable, consumable APIs.
- You are passionate about embracing new technologies and improving software and infrastructure operation.
- You have a track record of developing and growing team members and have experience working in an agile development environment.
