  • Advise IS management on technology, reliability, and resilience.
  • Lead technical decisions for scalable self-service product solutions.
  • Collaborate with security teams to set best practices and mitigate new threats.
  • Automate operations for reuse across large enterprises, considering complexities in distributed systems.
  • Engage with development teams to design service architecture and operational procedures.
  • Analyze incidents, focusing on structural improvements to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background from high school and university; degree in a technical subject is preferred.
  • Confidence in communicating ideas and feedback.
  • Proven ability to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing concepts and operations.

  • Familiarity with open-source technologies, particularly Ubuntu or Debian.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with the automatic administration of enterprise Linux servers at scale.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation with annual reviews and performance bonuses.
  • Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
  • Recognition rewards and annual holiday leave.
