
Senior Scientist - Machine Learning

Our platform, Ubuntu, is widely used in initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, and IoT. We are seeking a Software Engineer - L3 Support to work in a dynamic engineering role focused on Linux-based infrastructure and applications. This position involves troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues related to Ubuntu, Kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and other open source software.
In this role, you will maintain a close working relationship with Canonical's Field, Support, and product engineering teams, participate in upstream communities, develop bug fixes, review code from other engineers, and contribute to improving processes and documentation. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional technical judgment, the ability to prioritize work effectively, and maintain clear communications with team members and customers.
Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote role with occasional international travel (up to 10% of work time) for team meetings, events, and conferences.
