About the Job: As a Data Governance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, consistency, security, integrity, and compliance of data in the context of a large Industry 4.0 Transformation Program for a strategic Group Client, at a Domain Design Authority level. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including IT and OT Leaders, Architects, Business, and Senior Management, to promote and enforce a culture of data excellence.

Your Role:

  • Drive the overall data quality function for a large Capgemini-delivered Industry 4.0 Transformation Program, which includes data profiling, cleansing, contextualization, and enrichment of data to support the program's goals and use cases.
  • Collaborate with the Capgemini-delivered Data Strategy Program to shape a unified and consistent approach across different programs, reviewing existing data controls, aligning on additional controls, and deriving them for the Industry 4.0 Transformation Program.
  • Leverage data management knowledge to maintain and define data quality and metadata processes, develop data quality rules, thresholds, and metrics for critical business processes.
  • Coordinate with global and regional data stewards, business SMEs, and data owners to define, develop, and maintain data quality rules and metadata.
  • Participate in solutioning teams, providing data management experience, including understanding of relevant concepts, practices, procedures, and tools.
  • Define replicable assets, policies, processes, standards, and patterns to ensure reusability and speed in delivery within the context of the Industry 4.0 Transformation Program.
  • Enforce the implementation and usage of replicable patterns by coordinating with Use Cases teams and through the Domain Design Authority mandate.
  • Collate and review data requirements (specific details like completeness, timeliness, and accuracy) from data consumers.
  • Understand metadata including lineage, definitions, and trusted data sources.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and identify and mitigate data-related risks.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align data governance initiatives with business objectives.

Your Skills:

  • Experience in data analysis, data categorization, business requirement gathering, dashboarding, and reporting.
  • Industry experience in sectors such as metal manufacturing or mining.
  • Advanced experience in IT/OT environments and IT/OT convergence data topics, including protocols for data exchange.
  • Technical understanding of Azure, OLTP/OLAP, SQL/NoSQL databases, Databricks, Power BI, and Collibra/Informatica; experience with SAP ECC or HANA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data contextualization, masking, and anonymization techniques.
  • Experience in defining governance in ontology-oriented environments is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile and SAFe principles.
