About the Job:
Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking a Software Developer specializing in Embedded Systems and IoT. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and solving complex software problems, debugging existing code, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and standards adherence. The position requires proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++, and experience with version control systems like Git.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, and maintain software solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and deliver features.
  • Analyze and solve software development issues.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning.
  • Write unit tests and contribute to testing processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and API documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (master's may be required for some positions).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Familiarity with development tools and experience in similar project domains (e.g., web development, AI/ML projects).
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.

Language Requirements:
