The platform utilizes advanced generative AI to understand customer intent deeply and connect users to value across the Careem ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Reimagine customer support by leveraging generative AI to build integrated support experiences.
- Define the long-term vision and own the product roadmap for Ask Careem.
- Champion user needs by translating research and feedback into features that solve real problems.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and research teams to push the boundaries of generative AI.
- Define and track key success metrics to guide continuous product improvements.

Work Conditions
