Solutions Engineer - Collaboration

As a Solutions Engineer in Collaboration, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical guidance and sales support for the Cisco Collaboration Portfolio, particularly focusing on Webex SaaS solutions. You will engage with customers, demonstrating how Cisco's collaboration technologies can address their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the value of Cisco Collaboration products.
• Collaborate with the Collaboration Account Executive and other teams to design innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
• Communicate the features and benefits of Cisco technology to ensure customer understanding and value appreciation.
• Travel for customer meetings, conferences, and visits to Cisco locations globally will be required.

Who You Are:

• You hold a university degree in a technical discipline or its equivalent.
• You have at least 6 years of experience in the Collaboration field or in a SaaS sales engineering role, along with 5 years of Pre-Sales/Systems Engineering experience.
• You possess deep understanding of Webex workloads and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco products.
• You are knowledgeable about Cisco Internetworking equipment and Cisco DevNet API integration, although this is considered a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and personal organization are key attributes for this role.
• A CCIE certification is strongly preferred.

Language Requirements: English and Arabic are mandatory.
