Architect - ServiceNow - ITSM

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow modules and domain skills in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, Day shifts with occasional travel

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM.
• Oversee the strategic portfolio management within ServiceNow to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow to optimize workflows and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of ServiceNow environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades and patches to maintain system integrity and functionality.
• Support the finance and accounting teams by integrating ServiceNow solutions to streamline operations.
• Drive innovation in the automotive industry through tailored ServiceNow applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of ServiceNow solutions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ServiceNow implementations and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to enhance overall efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any issues related to ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, GRC, and ITOM.
• Should possess strong domain skills in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.
• Must have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications Required:

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
