Alongside the platform, the company provides managed services including a 24/7 managed SOC, threat hunting, and compromise assessment, available as cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployments. In September 2025, COGNNA was certified as a Tier 2 Managed Security Operations Centre by Saudi Arabia's National Cybersecurity Authority.
