We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Core42, USA. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across engineering, product, AI Infrastructure, and other departments, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our company’s culture and values.

As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a representative of our brand, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business objectives, and team dynamics to identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Leverage data to advise hiring managers on market trends and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and highly qualified candidate pool.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Act as a candidate advocate, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and organizational goals.
  • Implement an Account Management structure to maintain regular check-ins with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics) and provide insights to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications:
Required skills / qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in a tech company.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling niche and high-impact roles in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Preferred skills / qualifications:

  • Expertise in sourcing and recruiting strategies, including deep knowledge of market trends, talent networks, and technology tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, SuccessFactors) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.

Work Conditions:
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time role is $129,000 to $194,000. Core42 offers a total compensation package that may include merit increases, annual bonuses, and long-term incentive plans based on individual and company performance. Actual pay within this range will depend on factors such as specific work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
