Position

Core42, a G42 company, is a leading provider of sovereign cloud, AI infrastructure, and services. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across engineering, product, AI Infrastructure, and other departments, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our company’s culture and values. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic L&D programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs) across the organization to identify skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure programs enhance employee skills.
  • Develop and deliver innovative learning solutions, including leadership development and technical training.
  • Champion a mindset of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
  • Design and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align learning strategies with business priorities.
  • Coach and guide managers on team support and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in L&D, including strategy development and implementation.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful L&D programs.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Expertise in learning technologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset for measuring and reporting outcomes.
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and training software/tools.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
