In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across engineering, product, AI Infrastructure, and other departments, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our company’s culture and values. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic L&D programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs) across the organization to identify skill gaps.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure programs enhance employee skills.
- Develop and deliver innovative learning solutions, including leadership development and technical training.
- Champion a mindset of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Design and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs.
- Partner with senior leaders to align learning strategies with business priorities.
- Coach and guide managers on team support and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in L&D, including strategy development and implementation.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful L&D programs.

- Expertise in learning technologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
