The Technical Support Engineer is vital to the success of the region by providing timely and accurate technical support to the regional sales teams, channel partners, and customers across all market segments. This role ensures that all stakeholders receive clear and comprehensive technical information regarding products and solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely product proposals and provide technical support.
  • Produce effective MUSIC models and secure drawing approvals promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with project fulfillment teams to ensure timely and specification-compliant product delivery.
  • Support installations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Essential:

    • Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), Mechanical, Environmental, or related engineering disciplines.
    • Strong fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and CAD.
  • Desirable:

    • Project management experience.

Skills Required:

  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to present technical information effectively.
  • Ability to work across cultures and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel within AMEA, UK, and USA as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient problem-solving abilities.

  • This is a junior position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience. Senior candidates will not be considered.
