Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative applications using low-code platforms, focusing on both customer-facing products and internal business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant, efficient solutions.
- Optimize existing systems and workflows to improve performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in low-code development across the organization.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our development strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of low-code development platforms such as Firebase, Supabase, OutSystems, or Bubble.
- A proven track record of developing high-performance applications that exceed expectations.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A holistic approach to product development, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Demonstrable examples of low-code solutions that have driven significant business impact.
- Experience in financial technology or online trading platforms (preferred but not required).
