Position
As a Senior Flutter Developer working within a multidisciplinary squad, you will contribute directly to the companywide objectives, engaging across different team layers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with your product, data, and design counterparts, as well as other stakeholders to discover, ideate, conduct experiments, and solve customer problems. At the chapter level, you will help shape the vision and strategy of the frontend chapter, proactively drive key initiatives, and coordinate mentorship efforts across the broader tech organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement experiments, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor and guide other developers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Promote best practices in software development and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
- Advocate for a culture of experimentation, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development, covering the entire lifecycle from initial code inception to deployment in app stores.
- At least 3 years of experience with Flutter and Dart; fintech industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in migrating Xamarin applications is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing using platforms like flutter_test and Mockito.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Cubit and Bloc.
- Strong understanding of app security practices, including code obfuscation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and their functionalities (Repositories, Pipelines, Boards).
- Proficient in using code versioning tools such as Git.
- Knowledge of various design and architectural patterns, as well as clean architecture principles.
- Experience with analytics frameworks such as Firebase and CleverTap.
