  • Job Description: The Sales Manager (End User Business) is responsible for leading all sales opportunities and business development activities for Measurement Solutions Business for end users’ sites of ADNOC and other Industries. The selected person will be responsible for meeting/exceeding the goals for the Measurement Solutions product lines and services in the defined sales territory of end users by maintaining & cultivating key relationships for business/project activity.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement site account plans for assigned end user sites.
    • Regular visits the sites after completing the visit requirements like CICPA pass or safety training etc.
    • Prepare the site-based organization structure and identify key collaborators of the end users.
    • Build shown relationships with major partners and understand key difficulties of end-user sites.
    • Work with sites on differentiated solutions to address customer pains and gain market share through driven displacement.
    • Proactively promote the complete portfolio of Measurement Solutions and lead the sales of products & services in assigned end user sites.
    • Follow up the leads generated through site sales activity till order finalization even through third-party contractors or Local business partners.
    • Ensure the order received is commercially & technically clear as per company norms and get it booked in our booking system.
    • Meet or exceed the financial objectives set at the start of the year.
    • Provide accurate project funnel and order booking forecasts to the Regional Manager for the assigned customers.
    • Lead and work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team for the implementation of Sales Strategies and Service opportunities with End-users, OEM’s, System Integrators & Contractors.
    • Lead & implement pricing/buying agreements.
    • Keep up to date with developments and trends in products, industries, and market conditions.
    • Implement to local and International Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
    • Fulfill any other reasonable duties as required.
  • Requirements:
    • In-depth knowledge of field Instruments like Pressure, Temperature Transmitters, and Analytical & Flow instruments.
    • Ability to efficiently interact, cooperate, and communicate within a multi-layered matrix organization.
    • Experience in working with teams and large project management in matrix organizations.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Strong industry credibility and shown success with selling measurement solutions and providing technical support.
    • Lead by example in areas of personal character, dedication, organizational, selling skills, and work habits.
    • Outstanding “soloing” skills needed to navigate through the Organization and get things done to support strategic customers.
