In this role, you will oversee the development, management, and continual improvement of the innovation office. Work with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to identify opportunities to address business IT innovation needs, thereby improving throughput, idea conversion, and outcomes. Responsibilities
- Develop the Web3 & AI prioritized innovation funnel in coordination with the innovation channel managers.
- Organize design thinking sprints to identify problems and opportunities for innovation.
- Assess the progression of work through various stages of the innovation funnel and provide regular status reports to the Innovation Leadership Team.
- Track and monitor ideas in the innovation funnel, supporting progression and delivery as required.
- Conduct innovation workshops, training events, and presentations.
- Drive a positive change in the innovation culture and develop employee crowdsourcing of innovation ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing workflows, ensuring ethical compliance and data security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or related fields, along with a Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
- Past work experience in projects involving AI, Metaverse, XR/VR, or enterprise blockchain/digital wallets/Tokenization technologies is a plus.
- High-level understanding of technology, with an understanding of the Aviation, Travel, or Tourism Industry preferred.
